Joint Collaboration Program Agreement Signed between CGCMG and GGGI


Based on the MOU between Korea University and Global Green Growth Institute, Professor Suh-Yong Chung, Director of the Center for Global Climate and Marine Governance of Korea University (CGCMG) and Frank Rijberman, Director-General of the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) signed a Joint Collaboration Program Agreement for the implementation of the KOICA funded project on “Enhancing the Capacity to Address Climate Change Focusing on Forestry Sector in Ethiopia” on 13th of April, 2018. CGCMG of Korea University is the focal implementation organization  of the KOICA Project from February 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020. As one of the key partner organizations, GGGI has been cooperatively working together with KU CGCMG not only for developing Ethiopia’s capacity to address climate change, but also for research, training and education in various areas. Professor Suh-Yong Chung, Project Manager of the KOICA Project served the Council (governing body) of the GGGI as one of the non-state actor members.
