국제학부 행정실은 학생들의 불안을 줄이고 수강계획을 세우도록 돕고 졸업 관련 사고를 사전에 방지하고자 사전 졸업사정을 실시합니다.

 

졸업 사정을 희망하는 학생은 반드시 본인의 포탈에 등록된 학교 이메일을 통해서 본인이 직접 dis@korea.ac.kr로 사전 졸업사정을 신청해주시기 바랍니다.

 

공지사항 미확인으로 인해 발생한 문제는 학과에서 책임지지 않습니다.

행정실 문의 전에 교육정보, 또는 포털 공지사항 등을 먼저 확인하시길 바랍니다.

 

- 사전 졸업사정 방법: 이메일 신청자에 한하여 회신함

- 이메일 제목: [졸업사정 신청] 1전공 / 학번 / 이름

- 질문사항은 이메일 내용에 포함하시기 바랍니다.  

- 대상: 국제학부 1전공(심화전공), 이중전공, 복수전공 포함

- 일시: 2021.01.14 ~ 2021.01.22(금) 오후 4시(이메일 도착에 한함)

- 이메일 회신 시기: 2021.01.29(금) 이후 회신


※수강신청 내역이 확정되지 않은 시기에 시행하는 졸업사정의 결과는 추후 수강신청 정정 내역에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 유의하시기 바랍니다.


※국제학부 외의 이중전공과 관련한 사전 졸업사정은 해당 학과 사무실에 문의하시기 바랍니다.


※ 이번에 진행하는 사전졸업사정은 정식 졸업사정이 아니며, 수강을 돕기 위한 졸업사정입니다.

The DIS Office conducts a pre-graduation assessment (graduation check) to reduce the anxieties of graduation and help course registration for the Spring semester of 2021 to prevent any potential misunderstanding.

 

Students who want to take the pre-graduation assessment, please email use e-mail registered in Portal to DIS e-mail (dis@korea.ac.kr).


It is students' responsibility to check the announcement. If there is a problem with 

non-checking announcement, the Administration Office is not take responsibility for it.


Before you ask questions about graduation, please check information on 

KU Academic Information and Portal announcement. 

 

- How to: E-mail dis@korea.ac.kr with following information

             - E-mail Subject: [Graduation Assessment] 1st Major / Student Number / Full Name

             - If you have questions, please include in email.

- Who can apply?

             - DIS 1st Major(Intensive Major), 2nd Major, Double Major

- Period: 2021.01.14 ~ 2021.01.22(Fri.) by 4 p.m. (ONLY accepted by email)

-The DIS Office will reply after 2021.01.29(Friday) through email.

 

※ Please note that results of the pre-graduation assessment taken before you finish the course registration can be changed if you add or drop courses during the ‘add/drop period’.


※ Those who want to check pre-graduation requirements for other majors than DIS, please consult with the office of the relevant department.


※ This pre-graduation assessment is not a official graduation assessment, it is to help students to register the courses during the add/drop period.
