DIS·GSIS graduates, faculty and staff are only invited to this ceremony.
All graduates (FEB 2020/AUG 2020/FEB 2021) are welcome to join the ceremony, but please notice that ONLY 1 device is allowed for each student, as there will be many students participating in the ceremony.
[GSIS GRADUATION GOWN RENTAL FOR MA]
1. Gown Rental Application Submission via Google Survey: February 5, 2021(Fri) - February 8, 2021(Mon) 13:00
※ Since we have to reserve the gowns from the KU Headquarter, the survey is only available during the period above.
※ If you were not able to rent the graduation gown this time, you may apply for the gown rental during the next Final Thesis/Dissertation & Abstract Submission Period (Early July or Early January). Please check the Academic Calendar - Final Thesis/Dissertation & Abstract Submission Period LINK and contact us to gsis@korea.ac.kr.
2. Gown Rental Fee Payment: February 5, 2021(Fri) - February 8, 2021(Mon) 13:00
1) Wire transfer the gown rental fee (10,000 KRW) to the following account: KEB HANA BANK 391-910005-58304 KOREA UNIVERSITY GSIS and email the wire transfer payment receipt to gsis@korea.ac.kr.
2) Gown rental will not be succeeded without the fee payment.
3) The fee is non-refundable for any reason.
3. Dates/Venue of Graduation Gown Rental
※ You must bring your Photo ID (ARC, Passport or Driver’s License) or Student ID card for your gown rental.
※ If you cannot pick it up by yourself, your family or friend is welcome to visit our office and pick it up for you.

[DIPLOMA DISTRIBUTION]
1. Please understand that we are not allowed to give it to you before February 25, 2021.
The diploma will be distributed from February 25, 2021(Thu) at GSIS Administration Office (Room #223, International Studies Hall, KU).
▶Office Hour: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 (12:00-13:00 Lunch)
2. Students must pick up their own diplomas. Please make an appointment before visiting the GSIS Administration Office. [CLICK]
3. However, if you are not able to pick it up due to the special situation, your family/friend may pick it up for you.
- Step 1: You should complete and submit the [Attachment] to gsis@korea.ac.kr.
- Step 2: You should make an appointment for the delegate before visiting the GSIS Administration Office. [CLICK]
- Step 3: The delegate must visit the GSIS Administration Office on time with his/her own Photo ID (ARC, Passport or Driver’s License) card and pick up the diploma.
4. GSIS Administration Office does not provide postal service.
5. YOUR DIPLOMA IS ISSUED ONCE. DO NOT LOSE OR DISCARD YOUR DIPLOMA.
[CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE]
1. "Certificate of Graduation" can be issued many times according to your needs. It will be available on KUPID→Info Depot (or at One-Stop Service Center) 1-2 days AFTER February 25, 2021.
