[NOTICE] Fall 2021 LEAVE OF/RETURN FROM ABSENCE
For the successful issuance of a visa, the application for Leave of/Return from Absence is available on the KUPID at the moment for the International Students.
Thus, for those who are planning to take a Leave of/Return from Absence, please apply for one from the KUPID.
Detailed information is stated below.

1.How to apply
: KUPID(http://portal.korea.ac.kr) → Registration/Graduation → University Registration → Application for Leave of Absence/Return
2. Application Period
1) 1st July 2021 (Thu.) 10:00 ~ 30th July 2021 (Fri.) 16:00
* Only Int'l Students are available to apply during the period 1).
2) 2nd August 2021 (Mon.) 10:00 ~ 25th August 2021 (Wed.) 16:00
* Both Korean and Int'l Students are available to apply during the period 2).
3. Please upload a copy of your passport and ARC when you apply for the return from absence. * Only for Int'l Students
: Upload a copy of your passport and ARC on the KUPID
※ The process will not be possible without a copy of your passport and ARC.

외국인 학생들의 원활한 비자발급을 위해 학적변동 기간 전 2021년 7월부터 인터넷 휴/복학 신청이 가능합니다.

1. 대상 : 대학원 외국인학생
2. 신청 방법 : KUPID(http://portal.korea.ac.kr) → 학적/졸업 → 학적사항 →휴·복학 신청(대학원)
3. 신청 기간
1) 2021년 7월 1일(목) 10:00 ~ 7월 30일(금) 16:00
* 대학원 외국인학생만 1) 기간에 휴/복학 신청 가능
2) 학적변동 기간 : 2021년 8월 2일(월) ~ 8월 25일(수) 16:00
* 모든 대학원학생(내,외국인)은 2) 기간에 휴/복학 신청 가능
4. 외국인 복학 신청시 '여권'과 '외국인등록증' 제출
: 포털(KUPID) 복학 신청시 여권과 외국인등록증 사본 업로드 제출
※ 증빙서류 없이 신청 불가
