2023년 8월 졸업예정자 안내사항



※졸업예정자 선발 기준(졸업요구학점이 130학점인 국제대학 기준)

  - 8개 학기 이상 등록, 총 취득학점과 수강신청학점이 124학점 이상인 학생


1. 포털 정보 확인

- 포털에 입력된 핸드폰 번호 / 이메일 / 한글 및 영문 성명 확인

  : 핸드폰 번호 및 이메일: 학적/졸업 - 학적사항 - 학적사항수정 메뉴에서 변경

 : 한글 성명 정정 - 학적부 기재사항 정정원 1부, 주민등록초본 (정정내역 표기), 신분증 (양면)사본 1통

 : 영문 성명 정정 - 학적부 기재사항 정정원 1부, 신분증 (여권) 사본 1통

- 국제대학 이메일 제출 : dis@korea.ac.kr(이중전공 학생은 제1전공 행정실 문의)


- 포털상의 한글 및 영문 성명이 학위기에 기재됩니다. 

- 영문명 미입력자는 영문학위기 출력 불가

- 학위기 발급 후 이름 수정 불가



2. 졸업사정 일정

- 졸업판정 문자 및 메일 안내: 

<다중전공> 8/1(화), <제 1전공> 8/2(수)


- 졸업판정 문의 기간: 

<다중전공> 8/3(목)까지, <제1전공> 8/4(금)까지


- 졸업판정 확정: 

<다중전공> 8/4(금), <제1전공> 8/7(월)


- 졸업예정자 졸업판정 조회 기간: 8/14(월) ~ 8/16(수)


- 졸업생 졸업증서 교부: 8/25(금)


- 국제학부 학위수여식: 8/25(금) 대면 진행 예정(추후 세부일정 안내)

Prospective Graduates in Fall 2023



This is a notice for graduation in August 2023. 



※Criteria for Selection of Prospective Graduates(Based on the College of International Studies with a graduation requirement of 130 credits)

- Students who have registered for at least 8 semesters and have earned a total of 124 credits or more.


1. Check Information at the Portal 



- Please check the information of Phone Number / Email / Korean and English Names on Portal

  : Phone number / Email Revision - [Portal] Registration & Graduation - University Registration - Edit University Registration 

  : English Name Revision - The request form for the Correction of Information in the School Register & a copy of student’s Identification Card (Passport)

- Please submit by DIS email(dis@korea.ac.kr) (Double major students should contact the first major office)


- Both Korean and English names on Portal will be printed on your diploma.

- The expected graduates whose name in English is not found on their university records, will be issued the graduation certificate in Korean only.

- Graduation certificate is issued only once.



2. Graduation Assessment Schedule



- Message and Email Instruction for Graduation Assessment will be sent on:
August 1st (Tue) for Double / 2nd Major,
August 2nd (Wed) for 1st Major 


- Inquiries can be received until:
August 3rd (Thur) for Double / 2nd Major,

August 4th (Fri) for 1st Major 


- Graduation Assessment Confirmation: 

August 4th (Fri) for Double / 2nd Major, 

August 7th (Mon) for 1st Major


- Graduation Assessment Results can be checked in: August 14th (Mon) ~ August 16th (Wed)


- Graduation Certificate Distribution Schedule: August 25th (Fri)


DIS Graduation Ceremony is expected to be conducted offline on August 25th(Fri). (Please refer to the further notices)
