 • 개설과목 공시 : 1월 22일(월) 10:00 이후(예정)

 • 가진급 학년 확인 : 2월 1일(목)부터(가진급 학년에 이상이 있는 학생은 소속 단과대학 행정실에 문의)

□ 장애학생 수강신청 - 대상: 본교 장애학생지원센터에 등록된 학생 2. 1.(목) 10:00 ~ 2. 2(금) 09:00

□ 수강희망과목 등록 - 대상: 일반 재학생 및 휴학(복학)생, 재입학생, 국내학점교류생

 가. 희망과목 등록은 본인의 최대 수강가능학점 이내에서 등록가능합니다.

 나. 등록한 수강희망과목 중 수강제한인원 이내로 신청한 과목은 본 수강신청과 연계하여 자동수강처리되고, 

 희망인원이 수강제한인원 초과시, 학년별 정원의 20% 내에서 우선순위 기반 추첨으로 수강처리됩니다. 

 다. 수강희망과목 신청결과는 2월 8일(목) 17시 이후 조회가능합니다.

□ 과목 담아두기 - 2. 9(금) 10:00 – 2.13(화) 08:30 수강예정과목 담아두기이며, 수강신청 처리와는 무관

□ 수강신청 - 대상: 일반 재학생 및 휴학(복학)생, 재입학생, 국내학점교류생

□ 신(편)입생 수강신청 - 대상: 2024학년도 1학기 신입생, 편입생

□ 1차 폐강 - 폐강 교과목은 2월 27일(월) 17:00에 본교 포탈에서 확인 가능하며, 수강신청 내역에서 자동삭제됨 

□ 수강신청 정정

 ※전체 정정기간에는 학년 제한이 없어지며, 교환학생 정원(수강제한인원의 5%(국어강의)/15%(영어강의))까지 포함한 총 인원 내에서 본교생, 교환학생 구분 없이 선착순으로 수강신청 가능함

□ 2차 폐강- 폐강된 교과목은 3월 14일(목) 17:00에 포털-학사일정 공지 예정(자동 수강탈락되므로 필수 확인요망)

※ 수강신청 유의사항

 가. 공지한 수강일정 외 수강신청한 내용을 취소 또는 추가할 수 없으므로 반드시 정해진 기한내 수강 신청 및 정정을 진행하고, 본인의 수강신청내역을 포털에서 확인 바랍니다(학사운영규정 제42조).

 나. 기본 수강신청 가능학점 외 3학점 추가 수강신청대상자(아래 경우 중 하나, 학사운영규정 제44조 참조)

 1) F에 해당하는 등급 및 수강신청포기과목 없이 전체 학업성적의 평점평균이 3.75 이상인 자

 2) 직전 정규학기 F에 해당하는 등급 없이 17(18)학점 이상을 이수하고 평점평균이 3.75 이상인 자

 다. 수강신청 기준 학년은 가진급 학년(2024년 2월 현재 총 취득 학점수 기준)이며 본인의 가진급 학년도에 

 해당하는 수강신청일에 수강신청을 진행하시기 바랍니다.

 라. 수강포기신청은 최종적이며 번복할 수 없으며, 수강포기신청으로 인하여 이수학점이 부족한 경우 졸업요건, 장학금 신청, 성적우수상 선정, 추가수강신청학점 부여 등에 불이익이 있을 수 있으니 유의

◇ COURSE REGISTRATION for 2024 Spring SEMESTER ◇

(Commencement of the Semester: March 4th(Mon))

□ Course Registration System URL : https://sugang.korea.ac.kr

∙ Announcement of Offered Courses: From 10:00 on Feb 22nd(Mon), 2024

∙ Confirmation of advancement to the next grade level: From Feb 1st(Thu) (Please be advised that you should contact department/division administration office with inquiries regarding any problem with the advancement to the next grade level)

□ Course Registration for Students with Disabilities (for students registered at KU Center for Students with Disabilities):  Feb 1st (Thu) 10 : 00 - Feb 2nd (Fri) 09 : 00

□ Pre-Registration of Preferred Courses (for general enrolled students, students on a leave of absence(returning students following a leave of absence), re-entry students, and domestic credit exchange students)

  1. Students can pre-register for courses within the available credits. 

 2. If a student pre-registered for a preferred course within the course enrollment quota, the registration is

 automatically finalized at the actual course registration. If the number of students who pre-register for 

 a certain course exceeds the course enrollment quota, students within 20% of the quota for each grade 

 level will be selected at random based on the priority of the course set by each student.

  3. Finalized registration of preferred courses will be available for confirmation from 17:00 Feb 8th(Thu), 2024.

∙ Placing courses in the Interested-Courses Listing does not reserve you a seat in the course.

∙ You must complete the course registration process in order to guarantee your seat in the course.

□ Course Registration for all current students (for general enrolled students, students on a leave of absence(returning students following a leave of absence), re-entry students, and domestic credit exchange students)

□ Course Registration for newly admitted or transfer students in Fall, 2023

□ First Cancellation of Courses

 The list of cancelled courses will be available on Portal on Friday, Feb 27th(Mon), and the courses will automatically 

 be erased from the pre-registered course list. 

□ Course Add/Drop

※ School Year will no longer be limited during the course add/drop period for all School Year (From 18:30 on Feb 7th(Thu) 

 to 12:00 on Feb 8th(Fri)). The course add/drop for all grades will be on a first-come, first-served basis for both KU 

 and exchange students within the total number of students, which includes the quota for exchange students 

 (5% of course enrollment quota for Korean courses, 15% of course enrollment quota for English courses). 

□ 2nd Round Course Cancellation Review

 Canceled courses will be announced on Mar 14th(Thu), 2024. (Please make sure to check the Notice of KU Portal)

□ Course Registration for Students Registered for Canceled Courses

□ Course Registration Drop(Waiver) application 

 ※ NOTE

 1. All enrolled students are required to register for courses during the designated periods. 

 2. Students whose total GPA is higher than 3.75 or whose GPA from the previous semester is higher than 3.75 without 

 any F grade and no course withdrawal are permitted to register for a maximum of 22(23) credits.

 3. Please note with care that a course registration drop(waiver) request is final and cannot be reversed, and insufficient credits due to a course registration drop(waiver) request may result in disadvantages in graduation requirements, scholarship applications, selection for academic honors, and granting of additional course credits.

 3. A student's year of course registration is determined by the total credit number he/she has earned until Winter session, as of Feb in 2024.
