학위수여식 현장 참석은 학위수여 대표자 및 사전 신청 졸업생 본인만 참여 가능한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

오늘까지 파악된 1차 / 2차 사전 신청자 불참자 여석을 활용한 현장참석 최종 신청 일정을 안내드립니다.


 

1. 신청기간: 2023년 2월 23일(목) 오전 11:00 ~ 마감 시까지

   ※ 신청마감 시 조기종료될 수 있음


2. 신청대상: 2023년 2월 졸업예정자(및 2022년 8월 기졸업자) 박사/석사/학사

   ※ 22일(수) 17시까지 파악된 불참자 여석을 반영하여 신청 접수 인원 확정 

 

3. 신청방법: 온라인 폼을 통한 선착순 신청 (신청 시간에 링크 오픈)

   ※ 행사 기획 및 공간 제약 상 졸업생 신청 인원이 한정됨을 너그럽게 양해 부탁드립니다.

   ※ 졸업(예정)자 본인만 신청 가능

4. 유의사항 

  가. 학위수여대표자 및 사전 신청 졸업생 본인만 현장 참석 가능(외부 축하객 입장 제한)

  나. 사전 신청 졸업생은 행사 당일 무대에서 소정의 물품을 전달 받으며, 기념품이 제공됩니다. 

  다. 행사 당일 09시 20분까지 인촌기념관에 도착해야 합니다(08:40분부터 입장 가능)

  라. 사전 신청 졸업생은 행사 당일 09시 20분까지 학위가운을 착용하고 참석해야 함

      (행사 당일 미착용시 입장 불가, 24일(금) 당일 대여 후 참석 불가)

  마. 학위수여식 현장 참석자는 유튜브 생중계 영상에 송출 예정이니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

《 Announcement of the application schedule for the 116th Graduation Ceremony - Final application 》


Regarding the 116th Commencement Ceremony of Korea University to be held at the Inchon Memorial Hall on February 24, 2023, 

the schedule for the application for onsite attendance(final application) is announced as follows.


1. Application Period : February 23, 2023 (Thu) 11:00 ~ until completed

   ※ Since the seats are limited, it can be closed earlier than the period mentioned above.


2. Qualifications for application : Graduates in February 2023 and August 2022 (including doctors, masters, and bachelor degrees)


3. Method : Application on a first-come, first-served basis through an online form written in Korean

  ※ Please understand that the number of applicants is limited due to event planning and space restrictions.


4. Notices : 


  A. Only representatives of degrees (selected from college) and onsite attendee (who completed the application) can attend the Inchon Memorial Hall


  B. Onsite attendees must be seated at the Inchon Memorial Hall by 09:20 am, February 24, 2023. (attendance available from 08:40am)


  C. Onsite attendees must wear the gowns at the time of entering Inchon Memorial Hall at the day of graduation ceremony. So please borrow the gowns within February 23, 2023. 

(Onsite attendees will not be able to attend the Inchon Memorial Hall if they borrow gowns at February 24, 2023)


  D. It is strongly recommended to wear a mask at all times during the graduation ceremony
