International Human Rights Center

The International Human Rights Center, led by Professor Changrok Soh, was established in November 2010 to focuses on interdisciplinary research for developing effective human rights policies and international human rights norms, primarily in the area of emerging digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and human rights, business and human rights, international human rights law, human rights and new media, rights of refugees and migrants, transitional justice, and human-centric processing of big data. The International Human Rights Center holds various human rights workshops, international human rights conferences and exchange programs for scholars, practitioners, and students, along with many other activities to nurture the next generation of human rights leaders through independent research projects, student paper competitions, and human rights conferences.
