※ The bank account registered on the financial function student ID will be used for future academic affairs and scholarship disbursement. Therefore, please apply using the financial function student ID if possible.

※ Students who fail to apply for the student ID during the aforementioned period may experience restrictions in using campus facilities (such as the library and various buildings) and in electronic attendance.

※ Note: In the case of opening multiple accounts within a short period, it may not be possible to open an account → Opening an account is possible after closing the most recently opened account or after 20 business days have passed since the most recent account opening date (please note that real-time cancellation information may not be reflected by financial institutions).

When opening a new account, use the exclusive KU student code: KU2023 (Entering the usage limit release code is required - The limit will be released after confirming the issuance of the student ID card at the branch (no branch visit required)).

. Foreign students:: After admission, foreign students must register their alien registration card to the department's administrative office.

 1) For the financial function student ID, as online application is not available, please visit Hana Bank (Korea University Branch, Hana Square Branch Office) with one photo (passport-sized or identification photo), your alien registration card, and passport for issuance application.


 2) For the non-financial function student ID, you can apply through the provided web page or visit the ONE-STOP Service Center after admission with one photo (passport-sized or identification photo) and identification (alien registration card, passport) for issuance application.
