국제동계대학 본교생 지원 안내

국제처 국제교육팀에서 개설하는 2021학년도 국제동계대학(2021 KU International Winter Campus)에 대한 본교생(학부/대학원생) 수강 신청을 아래와 같이 진행합니다.

금년도는 코로나19로 인해 대면 및 온라인 수업으로 구분되어 진행되며, 대학원 학생들을 위해 국제동계대학 내 대학원 교과목(Graduate program)도 신설하였으니 많은 신청 부탁드립니다.

※ 아래의 공지사항(국제대학원생에게 적용되는 내용) 및 별첨 #1 '수강신청 안내' 및 #2 '학점인정 유의사항'(국제처 국제교육팀에서 제공하는 자료이므로 국제대학원 관련 내용은 아래의 본문 내용 확인 및 숙지 필요)을 반드시 숙지하여 주시기 바랍니다. 미 숙지로 인하여 발생하는 문제는 모두 본인의 책임입니다.

1. 프로그램 개요

- 본교 국제동계대학은 Univ of Montreal, Univ of Texas 등 해외 명문대학 유수의 교수진들을 초빙하여 전 세계 학생들과 함께 수강할 수 있는 Global 계절수업 프로그램입니다.

- 본교생들은 본교 정규 계절수업 등록금에 준하는 수업료로 전 세계 대학생들과 함께 해외 명문대학 교수님들의 수업을 수강할 수 있으며, 본교 계절수업 학점(영강/외국어강의)으로 인정받을 수도 있습니다.

2. 수강 대상

- 본교 학부/대학원 재학생 및 휴학생

- 2022학년도 2월 졸업(수료) 예정자 신청 및 수강 불가

- 2021학년도 2학기 동일 (인정) 과목 수강생 신청 및 수강 불가

(수강신청일 기준으로 성적이 확정되지 않은 과목은 계절수업으로 재수강할 수 없습니다.)

3. 신청 방법

가. 국제하계대학 홈페이지 winter.korea.ac.kr 방문

나. “Registration – Apply & Pay” 클릭

다. “Korea University Students” 클릭 후 온라인 신청서 작성, 수강할 교과목 선택

라. 온라인 지원서 작성 후 부여되는 개인별 하나은행 가상계좌로 수업료 입금

※ 추후 학점인정을 위하여 '국제대학원 학점교류 수강신청서'(별첨 4)를 기간 내 별도 제출

4. 수업료 및 장학 혜택

가. 수업료: 과목당 35만원(3학점): 학부/대학원 교과목 동일

나. 장학 혜택

- 국제동계대학 대학원 교과목은 2021학년도부터 신설되는 과정으로, 금년도에 한해 파격적인 장학혜택 부여
- 장학금: 국제동계대학 대학원 교과목 수강 후 학점 취득 시 과목당 30만원 지급 (실질 수업료 5만원)

※ 학부생의 경우 국제동계대학 대학원 교과목만 수강은 불가, 반드시 학부1과목과 동시 수강 필요

※ 대학원 교과목 장학 혜택은 학부 및 일반대학원 학생에 한하여 학점 취득 시 (F 성적 제외) 지급

* 일부 과목의 경우 조기에 지원 마감될 수 있음

* 국제동계대학은 단기간에 진행되므로, 수강정정에 충분한 시간을 드릴 수 없는 점 양해 바랍니다.

6. 수강 및 학점인정 관련 유의사항

※ 국제대학원 과목으로 대체인정 및 국제동계대학 일반공통 과목으로 인정이 모두 가능한 것으로 표기된 과목의 경우, 국제동계대학 수강신청 시, 학생들이 어느 학점으로 인정받을지 선택 가능함.

KU IWC 2021 Application Notice (for KU Students)

The KU International Education Team is pleased to announce that the application for the 2021 International Winter Campus is now open for undergraduate/graduate students at KU.

This year’s IWC will offer both in-person and online courses considering COVID-19 circumstances, and a Graduate program is newly established for graduate students.

※ Please read carefully the announcement below(applying to KU GSIS students only) and the attached annex(Since attachement #1 and #2 are provided by International Education Team and general announcement, please check the notice below to get to know the rules applied to KU GSIS students). Any problems caused by not checking notices properly are students’ responsibility.

1. Program Overview

- KU IWC is a Global Winter Session program that invites professors from prestigious universities abroad, such as Cornell University and Yale University, for students to take classes with participants from all over the world.

- Students can take classes of professors from prestigious universities around the world with tuition fees equivalent to regular seasonal classes at KU. They can also be recognized as a credit for regular Winter Term courses at KU(English/Foreign language lecture).

2. Eligibility

- KU Undergraduate/Graduate student

- Students who expect to graduate or to meet all graduation requirements in Feb 2022 (Currently in the last semester) are NOT eligible to apply for KU IWC 2021

- Students who are taking the same (recognition) course in 2021 Fall semester NOT eligible to apply for KU IWC 2021

(You cannot re-take the same course whose grade is not confirmed by the date of the course registration in summer/winter semester.)
