2020학년도 1학기 국제대학원 신입생 학생증(비금융) 일괄 신청 안내


2020학년도 1학기 국제대학원 신입생의 학생증(비금융) 일괄 신청 기간을 아래와 같이 안내하오니, 신청 대상자 전원은 정해진 기간에 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.


1. 학생증(비금융) 일괄 신청 기간 및 신청 방법
  ■ 신청기간: 2월 19일(수) ~ 3월 9일(월) 17:30 까지
  ■ 신청방법: ①학생증 신규 발급 신청서([download-attachment id="24879" title="(붙임1) 학생증 신규 발급 신청서"]), ②실물 반명함사진(3cm x 4cm), ③신분증 사본
(주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 외국인등록증 中 택1)
위 서류를 구비하여, 신청기간 내 국제대학원 행정실에 우편 또는 인편(방문) 제출
  ※ 우편주소 02841 서울특별시 성북구 안암로 145 고려대학교 서울캠퍼스 국제관 223호 국제대학원 행정실 귀하(“학생증신청서재중”표기)
  ※ 업무시간 월~금 09:00~17:30 *점심시간 12:00~13:00


2. 수령일시 및 장소: 3월 30일(월)부터 ~, 장소: 국제대학원 행정실
  ※ 신분증(주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 외국인등록증 中 택1)이 있어야 수령 가능


3. 유의사항
  1) 학생증 신청은 신입생의 선택사항이 아닌 의무사항 입니다. 위 지정된 기간에 가능한 신청하여, 학사행정 업무가 지연되지 않도록 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.
  2) 본 대학 출신자(학부과정, 석사과정, 박사과정)도 과정별 신입학 시 학생증은 신규 발급을 받아야 합니다.
  3) 위 학생증 신청기간 외에는 본인이 직접 교내 ONE-STOP서비스센터에 방문하여 발급받아야 합니다. 발급기간은 2주 이상 소요 예정입니다.


 

STUDENT ID CARD FOR SPRING 2020 NEW STUDENTS


1. HOW TO APPLY
  ■ Application Period: February 19(Wed) ~ March 9(Mon) 17:30
  ■ Please submit the following documents to the GSIS Administration Office in person or by
mail during the application period above : ① Application Form ([download-attachment id="24878" title="(Attachment #1) STUDENT ID CARD APPLICATION"]), ② Actual  ID Photo (3cm x 4cm) or Passport-size Photo, ③ Copy of your ID (ARC, Passport or Driver’s  License)
  ※ Mailing Address KU GSIS Administration Office

  ※ Office Hours Weekdays 09:00~17:30 *Lunch Break 12:00~13:00


2. You can pick up your Student ID Card at the GSIS Administration Office from March 30(Mon) ~
  ※ You must bring your ID (ARC, Passport or Driver’s License) to pick up your Student ID Card.


3. NOTES
 1) Students need to apply for a Student ID Card. Please submit the required documents at a designated period.
 2) KU graduates (BA, MA, PhD) must apply for their new Student ID Card for their new admissions to KU.
 3) If you do not apply for the Student ID Card during the designated period, you should visit the One-Stop Service Center on campus to apply. It will take more than 2 weeks to issue it.
