2020학년도 2학기 국제대학원 국내학점교류 수학 안내입니다. 

타 국제대학원 및 본교 일반대학원 학점교류 신청은 아래의 절차에 따라 신청하시기 바랍니다.


– 수강신청 절차 –


1. 대상(지원자격): 국제대학원 재학생으로서 2020학년도 2학기 등록 예정자(수료자 불가)

  신입생의 경우 학번부여 후 신청 가능

2. 학점교류신청: 교류대학 공지 확인 필수, 첨부파일 참조

3. 제출방법: 해당 학교 일정에 맞추어 제출기한 당일 오후 3시까지 제출하되, 최종제출기한은 재학생/신입생 수강신청 정정기간 마지막날인 9월 9일(수) 15:00 까지 국제대학원 행정실(국제관 223호) 접수에 한함

 첨부된 신청서를 작성(과목명 및 학수번호를 정확하게 기입)하여 본인의 자필 또는 전자 서명한 PDF 파일을 행정실 공식 이메일(gsis@korea.ac.kr)로 직접 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.


대학별 일정이 상의하므로 반드시 대학별 수강신청 일정에 맞춰서 학점교류 수강신청서를 제출하시기 바랍니다.


*  서울대학교 신청기한: 7월 6일(월) 오후 3시까지(마감)

*  각 대학별로 공지한 마감일이 지날 경우, 신청이 불가능함


4. 신청서를 작성하여 담당교수의 승인(날인 또는 사인)을 받아 국제대학원 행정실에 제출하시기 바랍니다. (교류대학 양식이 있을 경우 고려대 양식 1부, 교류대학 양식 1부 모두 제출해야 하며, 교류대학별 추가 요청 서류가 있을 수 있으니 교류대학의 안내문을 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다.) 


    - 신청과목은 반드시 교류대학 국제(학)대학원/본교 일반대학원 영어강의 과목만 가능함.

    - 대학 특성상 교류과목이 정해져 있는 경우가 있을 수 있으므로 반드시 안내문을 필독하여 신청하시기 바랍니다.


5. 수강신청 후 부득이하게 취소할 경우, 취소신청서를 작성하여 행정실로 보내주시기 바랍니다. 


– 유의사항 – 


1.  수강신청은 수강하고자 하는 대학원의 절차에 따라 본인이 직접 하며 직접 담당 교수님의 서명을 받아 신청서를 제출하기 바랍니다.


2.  각 대학원마다 수강신청 일정 및 절차가 다르므로 각 대학원의 게시판을 통하여 공지를 확인하기 바랍니다.


3.  수강 정정 기간 이후 출석부에 본인 이름이 있는지 반드시 확인 바랍니다.


4.  재학기간 통산 6학점까지 신청 가능하며 이는 일반 선택 (General Elective Class)으로 인정됨을 유념하여 졸업 학점 산정에 차질이 없도록 해주시기 바랍니다.

Domestic Exchange(Credit Transfer) Program (Inter-GSIS, Courses from KU General Graduate School )


Application Procedures


1. Qualification: KU GSIS students enrolling in Fall 2020, newly admitted students can apply after getting student number (completed research students are not qualified.)

2. Domestic Exchange(Credit Transfer) Program Application: please check the notice of each particular universities and refer to the attached file.

3. Submission due date: Please submit the required documents to GSIS administration office until 3:00 pm of each university deadline, and the final deadline will be  September 9, 2020 3:00 pm, which is the deadline of add&drop.

Please fill out the application form attached above(complete both the name of course and course code), include an electronic or handwriting signature, and submit it as a PDF file to the official GSIS Administration Office email(gsis@korea.ac.kr) directly.


Because course registration period differs by universities, please check it thoroughly and submit the application documents within the course registration period of each particular universities.


* In case of Seoul National University, the application deadline was July 6th (Mon.), 2020. (Closed)


* Applications received after the deadline of each university will not be considered. 


According to the procedure of the other GSIS/KU General Graduate School(English courses only), please fill out Domestic Exchange(Credit Transfer) Program Application Form and submit it after getting the professor's signature.

(In case the other GSIS has their own credit transfer program form, please submit both KU GSIS and the other GSIS’s form. / Please check the other GSIS’s notice thoroughly as there could be additional documents needed.)


ONLY GSIS courses/KU General Graduate School(English courses only) can be registered.

Please check the other GSIS’s notice thoroughly and prepare the application process accordingly as the courses might be limited.



Precautions


1. In terms of course registration, students are to follow the procedures given by each university themselves. Moreover, it is necessarily required that the professor’s signature (of the class you may want to take) should be included in the Application Form, for those who want to take a course in another GSIS or General Graduate School. Therefore, you should get in touch with the professor or another school’s office in person (you may need to visit) and get the signature and submit the application documents.

2. Please check the notice of each University since each GSIS has different procedure and schedule.

3. Please check the attendance book whether your name is on it or not after the add and drop period is finished.

4. 6 credits throughout the whole period of attendance at GSIS(Total 4 Semesters) can be approved as general elective credits.
