2020학년도 2학기 국제대학원 신입생의 학생증(비금융) 일괄 신청 기간을 아래와 같이 안내하오니, 정해진 기간에 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 학생증(비금융) 일괄 신청 기간 및 신청 방법
■ 신청기간: 8월 11일(화) – 8월 25일(화) 까지
■ 신청방법: ①학생증 신규 발급 신청서(붙임1), ②실물 반명함사진(3cm x 4cm), ③신분증 사본(주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 외국인등록증 中 택1)
위 서류를 구비하여, 신청기간 내 국제대학원 행정실에 우편 또는 인편(이메일 접수 불가) 제출
※ 우편주소 02841 서울특별시 성북구 안암로 145 고려대학교 서울캠퍼스 국제관 223호 국제대학원 행정실 귀하(“학생증신청서재중”표기)
※ 업무시간 월-금 09:00-17:30 *점심시간 12:00-13:00
2. 수령일시 및 장소: 9월 10일(목) - 9월 29일(화) 국제대학원 행정실
※ 신분증(주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 외국인등록증 中 택1)이 있어야 수령 가능
3. 유의사항
1) 학생증 신청은 신입생의 선택사항이 아닌 의무사항입니다.
2) 가능한 신청기간 내 신청하시기 바랍니다. 만약, 위 신청기간 내 신청하지 못했을 경우에는, 추후 본인이 직접 교내 ONE-STOP서비스센터에 방문 후 발급받으면 됩니다.
3) 본 대학 출신자(학부과정, 석사과정, 박사과정)도 과정별 신입학 시 학생증은 신규 발급을 받아야 합니다.
STUDENT ID CARD FOR FALL 2020 NEW STUDENTS
1. HOW TO APPLY
■ Application Period: Tuesday, August 11, 2020 – Tuesday, August 25, 2020
■ Please submit the following documents to the GSIS Administration Office in person or by mail (DO NOT EMAIL) during the application period above : ① Application Form (Attachment #1), ② Actual ID Photo (3cm x 4cm or Passport-size) Photo, ③ Copy of your ID (ARC, Passport or Driver’s License)

※ Office Hours Weekdays 09:00~17:30 *Lunch Break 12:00~13:00
2. You can pick up your Student ID Card at the GSIS Administration Office during Thursday, September 10, 2020 – Tuesday, September 29, 2020.
※ You must bring your ID (ARC, Passport or Driver’s License) to pick up your Student ID Card.
3. Notes
1) Students need to apply for a Student ID Card.
2) We recommend you to submit the required documents within the designated period above. If you cannot apply during the designated period, you can visit the One-Stop Service Center on campus on your own to apply for the Student ID Card.
3) KU graduates (BA, MA, PhD) must apply for their new Student ID Card for their new admissions to KU.
