졸업을 진심으로 축하 드리며 졸업생들의 긍정적인 미래를 기원합니다.
졸업에 관련하여 몇 가지 사항을 안내 드립니다.
1. 졸업식 및 졸업가운 대여
코로나19로 인해 모두 취소 되었습니다. 코로나19 확산 방지를 위한 부득이한 조치이오니 양해바랍니다.
2. 졸업증서 배부
졸업증서는 8/25(화)부터 국제대학원 행정실(국제관 223호)에서 배부할 예정입니다.
방문 가능 시간: 월요일 – 금요일 9시 – 17시 (점심시간 12시 – 13시
– 원칙상 본인이 신분증 지참하여 행정실 방문하여 수령하며, 불가피한 사정으로 인해 직접 행정실에 방문하는 것이 어려운 경우, 아래의 방식으로 대리수령 가능합니다.
– 대리수령 방법:
1) gsis@korea.ac.kr로 대리수령자 성명 회신
2) 학생 및 위임자 본인의 신분증(총 2인의 신분증)을 지참 후 방문
** 졸업증서는 졸업증명서와 달리 발급이 1회에 한하며, 추후 일절 재발급이 불가합니다.
** 등기우편은 제공하지 않습니다.
3. 2021학년도 2월 졸업식 참석 가능 안내
– 본교는 매년 연1회, 2월에 학위수여식을 진행하며, 8월 졸업자는 희망할 경우 내년 2월 학위수여식에 참석할 수 있습니다.
4. 졸업증서 외 기타 제증명은 추후 언제든지 포탈 또는 원스탑서비스센터에서 발급 가능합니다. [클릭]

Please read carefully with the following information.
1. Graduation Ceremony and Graduation Gown Rental (Cancelled due to COVID-19)
2. Diploma Distribution
The diploma will be distributed from 25th August, 2020 at GSIS Administration Office (#223 International Studies Hall).
Office Hour: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Lunch Time: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
– Students must pick-up their own diplomas.
If a student is not able to visit the office with the special situation, please read the following Diploma Pick-Up Authorization.
– Diploma Pick-Up Authorization:
1) Send the full name of the delegate to gsis@korea.ac.kr
2) The delegate must bring their own ID card and student’s ID card.
** Diploma is issued only once.
** The DIS office does not provide postal service.
3. Graduation Ceremony in February 2021
– Korea University holds a graduation ceremony once a year.
Students who graduate in August can attend the graduation ceremony in February 2021 held by Korea University.
4. Certificate Issuance
Other certificates (except diploma) can be issued by ONE-STOP Service Center. [CLICK]
