3. [GRADUATION GOWN RENTAL FOR GSIS MA GRADUATES OF AUG 2022 & FEB 2023]

※ Students who applied for the gown rental are only eligible. 

※ The application for the gown rental is already closed.

※ Once you have remitted the rental fee, it is not refundable.


1) Period: February 22(Wed) - February 24(Fri), 09:30-17:00 (12:00-13:00 Lunch Break)

 

* Gown Return: February 24, 17:00 PM (Room #331)

* The diploma distribution will be done after returning the gown, so please make sure to return the gown on time.

 

2) Venue: Room #331, International Studies Hall, KU

 

※ You must bring your Photo ID (ARC, Passport or Driver’s License) or Student ID card for your gown rental.

※ If you cannot pick it up by yourself, your family or friend is welcome to visit our office and pick it up for you.

 

 

 

4. [DIPLOMA DISTRIBUTION]

 

 1. Please understand that we are not allowed to give it to you before February 24, 2023. 

  The diploma will be distributed from February 24(Fri). The distribution venue is as follows:

1)   February 24: at Room #215

2)   After February 24: at Room #332 (tentative)

   ▶ Office Hour: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 (12:00-13:00 Lunch Break)

 

 2. Students must pick up their own diplomas. Please make an appointment before visiting the GSIS Administration Office. [CLICK]

 

 3. However, if you are not able to pick it up due to the special situation, your family/friend may pick it up for you.

 

  - Step 1: You should complete and submit the [Attachment: Authorization Letter for Diploma Pick-Up] to gsis@korea.ac.kr.

 

  - Step 2: You should make an appointment for the delegate before visiting the GSIS Administration Office. [CLICK]

 

  - Step 3: The delegate must visit the GSIS Administration Office on time with his/her own Photo ID (ARC, Passport or Driver’s License) card and pick up the diploma.

 

 4. GSIS Administration Office does not provide postal service.

 

 5. YOUR DIPLOMA IS ISSUED ONLY ONCE. DO NOT LOSE OR DISCARD YOUR DIPLOMA.

 

 

5. [CERTIFICATE OF GRADUATION ISSUANCE]

 

"Certificate of Graduation" can be issued multiple times according to your needs.

 

It will be available on KUPID→ Info Depot (or at One-Stop Service Center) 1-2 days AFTER February 24, 2023.
