국제하계대학 본교생 지원 안내
국제처 국제교육팀에서 개설하는 2023학년도 국제하계대학(2023 KU International Summer Campus)에 대한 본교생(학부/대학원생)수강 신청을 아래와 같이 진행합니다.

※ 아래의 공지사항(국제대학원생에게 적용되는내용) 및 별첨 #1 '수강신청 안내사항'및 #2'수강신청 매뉴얼'(별첨 #1, #2 자료는국제처 국제교육팀에서 제공하는 자료이므로 국제대학원 관련 내용은 아래의 본문7번 내용 및 별첨 #3, #4 확인 및 숙지 필요)을 반드시 숙지하여 주시기 바랍니다. 미 숙지로 인하여 발생하는 문제는 모두 본인의 책임입니다.
1. 프로그램 개요
- 본교 국제하계대학은 Cornell 등 해외 명문대학 유수의 교수진들을 초빙하여 전 세계 학생들과 함께 수강할 수 있는 Global 계절수업 프로그램입니다.
-본교생들은 본교 정규 계절수업 등록금에 준하는 수업료로 전 세계 대학생들과 함께 해외 명문대학 교수님들의 수업을 수강할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 본교 학점 취득 및 영강 인정이 가능합니다.

2.수강 대상
-본교 학부/대학원 재학생 및 휴학생
- 2023학년도 8월 졸업·수료(현재 마지막 학기 재학 중)예정인 경우 신청불가
- 2023학년도 1학기 동일 (인정) 과목 수강생 신청 불가
(수강신청일 기준으로 성적이 확정되지 않은 과목은 계절수업으로 재수강할 수 없습니다.)
3.신청 방법
가. 국제하계대학 홈페이지summer.korea.ac.kr방문
나. “Registration – Apply & Pay” 클릭
다. “Korea University Students” 클릭 후 신청서 온라인 제출, 수강 과목 및 학점인정 과목 선택
라. 지원서 작성 후 부여되는 개별 하나은행 가상계좌로 수업료 입금 (입금 확인 1영업일 소요)
* 별도의 제출 서류는 없으며, 신청 및 입금 완료 시 수강 확정됩니다.
※ 추후 학점인정을 위하여'국제대학원 학점교류 수강신청서'(별첨4)를 동일한 기간 내 국제대학원 행정실 이메일로별도 제출하셔야 합니다.
4.수업료:과목당35만원(3학점) ※학부/대학원 교과목 동일
※ 본교 대학원생이 대학원 교과목 수강 후 B학점 이상 취득 시 과목당 15만원 환급

6. 유의사항
가. 수강신청 및 정정, 학점인정 신청
- 본교생은 국제하계대학 수강신청과 동시에 학점인정 교과목을 선택해야 합니다.
* 국제하계대학 인정교과목 리스트는 별첨 참고.
- 학사 운영 규정에 의거, 수강정정 기간 이후의 별도 정정 및 프로그램 취소는 불가능합니다.
- 본교생은 국제하계대학 취득 학점을 임의로 포기할 수 없습니다.
* 수강신청 및 정정, 학점인정 신청 방법은 별첨 매뉴얼 참고.
나. 수업
- 국제하계대학을 수강하는 본교생에게는 국제하계대학 전용 학번이 발급됩니다.
해당 학번으로 수업을 진행하게 되니 반드시 기억하고 계시기 바랍니다.
- 수업은 한국어 수업(학수번호 IKLOOO)을 제외하면 100% 영어로 진행됩니다.
- 한국 국적 학생은 한국어 수업(학수번호 IKLOOO)을 수강할 수 없습니다.
7.수강 및 학점인정 관련 국제대학원유의사항
※ 국제대학원 과목으로 대체 인정 및 국제하계대학 일반공통 과목으로 인정이 모두 가능한 것으로 표기된 과목의 경우, 둘 중에 하나를 선택하여 국제하계대학 수강신청 가능함.

KU ISC 2023 Application Notice (for KU Students)
We are pleased to announce that the application for the 2023 International Summer Campus (KU ISC) is now open for undergraduate/graduate students at KU.
※ Please read carefully the announcement below(applying to KU GSIS students only) and the attached annex(Sinceattachment #1 and#2 are provided by International Education Team and general announcement, please check the notice #7 below and check the attachment #3, #4 to get to know the rules applied to KU GSIS students only). Any problems caused by not checking notices properly are students’ responsibility.
1. Program Overview
- KU ISC is a Global Summer Session program that invites professors from prestigious universities abroad, such as Conell University, for students to take classes with participants from all over the world.
- Students can take classes of professors from prestigious universities around the world with tuition fees equivalent to regular seasonal classes at KU. They can also be recognized as a credit for regular Summer Termcourses at KU(English/Foreign language lecture).

2. Eligibility
- KU Undergraduate/Graduate student
-Students who expect to graduate or to meet all graduation requirements in Aug 2023 (Currently in the last semester) are NOT eligible to apply for KU ISC 2023
-Students who are taking the same(recognition)course in 2023 Spring semester NOT eligible to apply for KU ISC 2023
(You cannot re-take the samecoursewhose grade is not confirmed by the date of the course registration in summer/winter semester.)
3. How to Apply
가. Visit our official website(summer.korea.ac.kr)
나. Click on “Registration–Apply & Pay”
다. Select on “Korea University Students” and submit the online application including the course list to take
라.Once you complete your online application, you will receive an individual virtual account number (KEB HanaBank) to make a payment
* No separate documents required. Admission is confirmed upon completion of application and payment
※ Please submit the 'KU GSISDomestic Exchange Program Application'(Annex 4) for credit transfer(recognition) within this application period to KU GSIS Administration Office by email.
4. Fee:350,000 KRW per course (3 Credits): applies for both Undergraduate/Graduate courses
※ KU Graduate Students who take Graduate Courses at KU ISC 2023can get special scholarship (KRW 150,000 per course) only if they obtain higher than grade B.

6. Important Notice
1) Course Registration, Add & Drop, Credit Transfer
- The course registration and credit transfer selection will be conducted at the same time.
- Students can not change and cancel their ISC course after Add & Drop Period - KU Students can not withdraw credits from KU ISC.
- Please refer to the [수강신청 매뉴얼 (국제하계대학-본교생용)] for details.
2) ISC Class
- Students taking KU ISC will be given a separate student number that will be used during the KU ISC. Don't forget your KU ISC Students Number.
- All course are conducted in English except Korean Language Class
7. Notice for Credit Transfer to GSIS
※ In case of the courses that can be transferred as GSIS courses and also recognized as ISC courses, students can select the way of recognition when they register the course.
