※ For students who will do the online research proposal or thesis defense, you can use the Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc.
You are responsible for sharing the related link at least the day before the presentation with the thesis advisor and the committee members, inviting them and checking the technical issues.
For instance, if you are using the Zoom, you should schedule a meeting room and inform the Meeting ID & PW (and/or the link) with them - a user manual attached.
※ If your thesis advisor opted for face-to-face meeting, please check the first spread sheet of the attached excel file to review your schedule.
Otherwise (such as online meeting), please check the second spread sheet.
