General Background of Project or Assignment:

UNHCR Korea requires individual part-time contractor to monitor and double-check all Donor Database System one by one to ensure that UNHCR Korea is in compliance with Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute (KFTC)’s enhanced procedure for automatic direct debit of donors’ accounts. 

As UNHCR Korea is under the agreement with KFTC, UNHCR Korea is required to upload donor’s consent to the payment of the donation through automatic direct debit in the form of either writing, voice recording, Audio Response System, or digitally authorized electronic document. Individual contractor will perform the duty to avoid any possible risk related to personal information management and conduct necessary actions. Considering the nature of the obligations set forth under 10. Overall Purpose and Scope of Assignment, the contractor is required to carry out the duty when the service is required by the requesting unit.

Overall Purpose and Scope of Assignment:

Concise and detailed description of activities, including measurable outputs and delivery dates, impact indicators (what qualitative and quantitative results would be achieved upon completion of individual contract), performance indicators (time lines, value of the service rendered in relation to the cost, timeliness) and work plan: 

The individual contractor will perform following duties: 

• Check and monitor scanned or digitally authorized electronic donor forms recruited by Face-to-Face fundraising campaigns;

• Check and monitor voice-recordings of Online Welcome Calls and other related calls;

• Check and monitor voice-recordings of DRTV inbound and outbound calls;

• Check if all the files are attached to the appropriate Donor Database;

• Check if all the files contain all the necessary information in accordance with KFTC’s guidelines;

• Clarify illegible donor details with relevant staff;

• In case information on Donor Database is incorrect or requires further confirmation, fill out monitoring report excel sheet accordingly and deliver it to relevant staff in a timely manner; and

• Assist in performing other duties as required; such as uploading donor data

• Minimum of a high school graduation or equivalent to high school diploma

- The final product (e.g. survey completed, data collected, workshop conducted, research documents produced specify): Submit daily report to supervisor in the form of excel file
