<2026학년도 여름계절수업 개설 안내>

1. 수업기간 : 2026년 6월 23일(화) ~ 2026년 7월 20일(월) <월,화,수,목 주4일 수업>

   * 일부 외국어 교과목 주5일 수업

2. 수 업 료 : 1학점: 107,900원/ 2학점: 215,800원/ 3학점: 323,700원

4. 수강신청

 가. 대 상 : 본 대학교 재학생‧휴학생 및 타 대학교 학점교류생

 나. 방 법 : 수강신청시스템(http://sugang.korea.ac.kr) 접속

 다. 수강신청시스템 로그인

 1) 본교 학생 : 학번-비밀번호 log-in

 2) 학점교류생 : 고려대학교임시학번-주민등록번호 뒤 7자리 log-in

 라. 개설기준 : 교육과정 편성·운영 시행세칙 제4장 폐강에 따름

 마. 취득학점 및 성적인정

 1) 학사운영 규정 제49조 제1항에 따라 총 9학점까지 취득가능(국제하계·동계대학 포함)

 2) 성적은 ‘계절수업’으로 별도 관리하고, 전체 성적의 평점평균에 산입함

 3) 휴학생 신분으로 계절수업(여름/겨울)을 수강한 후 곧바로 졸업(8월/익년 2월)할 수 없음

 4) 유의사항 :

 - 계절수업은 미리 수업을 들어보고 수강을 결정할 수 없으므로 개인적인 사유로 인한 환불은 불가하오니 이점 유의하여 신청해주시기 바라며, 수강신청 및 정정 기간 외에는 수강정정이 절대 불가합니다.

 - 현장실습 과목은 계절수업 포함 ‘최대 18학점’까지, 교양체육 과목은 ‘최대 3학점’까지 취득가능

 - 수업료 미납 시 자동으로 수강내역이 삭제되므로 해당 사유로 수업이 폐강될 수 있으며, 수강취소기간 이후에는 수강신청을 취소하거나 변경할 수 없으므로 수강신청 및 수업료 납부에 신중을 기해주시기 바랍니다.

 - 2016학년도 1학기 이후 세종캠퍼스에서 개설한 교과목에 대한 재수강은 1회에 한하여 허용됩니다.

 바. 선수필수로 지정된 경우 선(先)이수과목의 성적이 확정되어야 후(後)이수과목의 수강신청이 가능합니다. 현재 선이수과목을 이수 중이면 후이수과목을 계절수업 수강신청기간에 수강신청할 수 없습니다.

 사. 수강신청일 기준으로 성적이 확정되지 않은 과목은 계절수업으로 재수강할 수 없습니다.

5. 등록 : 하나은행 가상계좌를 통한 계좌이체 (과목별 가상계좌로 각각 입금)

6. 폐강 : 6월 5일(금) 포탈에 공지 예정 (폐강과목 신청자에 한하여 6월 10일(수) 수강신청 가능)

7. 수강신청 취소 : 수업료 납부 후 수강신청을 취소하고자 하는 경우 취소신청 시기에 따라 아래와 같이 수업료를 환불받을 수 있습니다. (아래 정해진 기간외 수강신청취소 철회 및 정정 불가)

※ KUPID > 수업 > 수강신청 > ‘계절수업 수강신청 과목 포기’에서 취소 신청 (학적에 등록된 계좌로 차수별 신청종료일 기준 2주 이내 환불예정이며, 수강신청 취소 신청 시 학적에 등록된 계좌정보가 올바른지 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다. 계좌정보가 틀린 경우 환불이 지연될 수 있습니다.)

※ 주말(토~일)에 취소 신청 하는 경우, 전산 오류 발생 시 대응이 어려우므로, 가급적 차수별 업무일
 (월~금) 내 취소 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

2. Please log-in to see course list for summer session at http://sugang.korea.ac.kr -> Course Information. Course Information will be available from on May 8 (10:00~)
3. Eligibility : KU undergraduate students, KU students who are on leave of absence and students from domestic credit exchange programs
4. Course Registration: Log-in at http://sugang.korea.ac.kr
5. KU students: Use student ID no. and Password to log-in
6. Domestic Exchange Student: Temporary KU ID and Password (last 7 digits of your Resident Registration no.) to log-in
7. Guidelines for Course(s) and credit transfer

Student can take a maximum of 9 credits during the summer/winter session, including ISC/IWC courses, under Academic Operations Regulation Chapter 49, Section 1.

1. Grade(s) show under summer/winter session which counts towards overall GPA in the academic transcript.
2. Students on leave of absence are NOT permitted to graduate even if she/he meets the graduation requirement upon the completion of summer/winter session.
3. As for course(s) that require prerequisites, student must have completed required course prerequisites and have a grade before registering for an advanced course.

8) NOTE

* Summer/Winter session is offered to students who wish to obtain extra credits outside of regular semester.

* Students are NOT allowed to withdraw for personal reasons after the deadline given its short length of the program. Course Registration (ADD/DROP) is strictly limited to the deadline specified in the table.

* Failure to meet the payment deadline results in the removal of student’s course information. Please be advised that students must follow specified deadlines for summer/winter session schedule.

* Since Spring of 2016, retaking course opened by Sejong Campus is allowed only once.

1. Course Withdrawal

Student(s) who wish to withdraw after the tuition payment Nov can get a refund. Details of refund are as follows;

* Students MUST apply for a withdrawal of course/tuition at PORTAL. 

* Refund process takes about 2 weeks which will be wired to an account registered in student records.

If submitted on weekends, cancellation requests may face system errors. Please apply on working days.
