아래와 같이 국제대학 세부트랙 이수 인증 신청에 대해 안내합니다.





1. 대상: 아래 각 항목을 모두 충족한 자


1) 2026학년도 8월 수료 및 졸업예정자 

2) 국제학부 제1전공(자유전공학부 포함), 심화전공, 이중전공, 복수전공 학생

3) 세부트랙 이수 인증 요건을 충족한 자 (15학점, 5과목)



2. 신청 기한: 2026.7.10.(금)~2025.7.17.(금) 23:59까지 

* 신청 기한 반드시 엄수(기한 이후에는 신청 불가)



3. 신청 서류: 아래 각 서류를 모두 제출해야 함


1) 국제학부 세부트랙 이수 인증 신청서 (첨부파일 참조) 

2) 성적증명서(2026-1학기 포함 필수. 7/10 금요일 15시부터 발급 가능) 

3) 세부트랙 접수증 


※ 3) 세부트랙 접수증을 제외한 나머지 서류는 PDF 형식으로 변환 후, 하나의 파일로 묶어 제출하시기 바랍니다. (jpeg, jpg, png, word 파일 등 제출 불가) 



4. 신청 방법:


1) 이메일 접수만 가능: dis@korea.ac.kr


5. 유의사항:


1) 미신청시 세부트랙 이수 인증서 발급 불가

2) 신청 기한 반드시 엄수(기한 이후에는 신청 불가)

3) 신청서 하단 서명은 반드시 자필로 해야 함

4) 세부트랙 이수 인증서는 승인 후 포털 제증명에서 발급 가능

5) 23학번 이전 학번 학생에게는 세부트랙 이수는 졸업요구조건이 아님 (선택사항) 

6) 졸업요건을 모두 충족하였음에도 불구하고 세부트랙 이수를 위해 졸업을 유예할 수 없음

We hereby provide information regarding the application for the International Studies Concentration Track Certification as follows.




1. Eligibility

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:


-Prospective August 2026 Graduates and Course Completers

- Must be a student pursuing International Studies as a First Major, Intensive Major, Dual Degree Major, or Double Major.

-Must meet the requirements for the Concentration Track Certification (15 credits, 5 courses).


2. Application Period

Friday, July 10, 2026 – Friday, July 17, 2026, by 23:59

*The deadline must be strictly observed. (Applications after the deadline will not be accepted.)


3. Required Documents

Applicants must submit all of the following documents:


1) Application Form for International Studies Concentration Track Certification (See Attachments) 

2) Official Academic Transcript (Must include grades from the Spring 2026 semester. Available for issuance starting Friday, July 10, at 15:00) 

3) Concentration Application Receipt 


*Important Note on File Formats:

All documents except for the Concentration Receipt must be converted into PDF format and combined into a single file before submission. (Other formats such as JPEG, JPG, PNG, Word, etc., will not be accepted.)


4. How to Apply

5. Important Notes

Certification will not be issued if you do not apply.

The application deadline must be strictly observed (no late submissions accepted).

The signature at the bottom of the application form must be handwritten.

Once approved, the Concentration Track Certificate can be issued via the KU Portal (Certificates page).

For students admitted in the 2023 academic year or earlier, completing a Concentration Track is not a graduation requirement (it is optional).

Students cannot postpone their graduation solely to complete a Concentration Track if they have already met all other graduation requirements.
