1. 신청 서류 및 제출 기간 - 아래 서류를 기간 내 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
* 7월 중 지도교수 면담 결과를 제출하지 못한 비논문트랙 3학기 학생은 9월 중 면담 결과를 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
(미제출 시 졸업에 불이익이 생길 수 있음)

3. 관련 유의사항
- 논문지도세미나I/II의 경우 사전에 지도교수님께 수강 승인을 받으신 후 수강신청해주시기 바랍니다.
- 지도교수님의 논문지도세미나 또는 개별연구 분반이 없는 경우 수강 정정기간 시작 전까지 국제대학원행정팀으로 분반 개설을 요청해주시기 바랍니다.
- 수강신청 정정기간까지 종료된 후 트랙 변경은 불가합니다.
- BK21 장학금 수혜자는 반드시 논문 트랙을 신청하셔야 합니다. (비논문트랙 신청 시 장학금 환수함)

[KU GSIS] Application for Major/Track/Academic Advisor for Fall 2026 (Master & PhD)
We would like to provide the following information regarding the application for majors, tracks, and academic advisors for Master’s and Doctoral students for the Fall 2026 semester.
1. Required Documents and Submission Period: Please submit the documents below within the designated period.
* Third-semester Non-Thesis Track students who were unable to submit their academic advising results in July must submit them in September.
(Failure to submit may affect your graduation eligibility.)

2. Submission Method: Submit the PDF file by email to gsis@korea.ac.kr, or submit a hard copy in person at the KU GSIS Administration Office (International Studies Hall, Room 223).
3. Important Notes
- For Thesis Research Seminar I/II, students must obtain prior approval from their academic advisor before registering for the course.
- If there is no Thesis Research Seminar or Independent Study section offered by your academic advisor,
please contact the KU GSIS Administration Office to request that a section be opened before the course registration add/drop period begins.
- Track changes are not permitted after the course registration add/drop period has ended.
- BK21 scholarship recipients must apply for the Thesis Track. If a BK21 scholarship recipient applies for the Non-Thesis Track, the scholarship must be repaid.
