2026 Fall semester Graduation Assessment for Current Students
1. Period: September 3 (Thu), 14:00 – September 7 (Mon), 15:00, 2026 (KST)
2. How to Request a Graduation Assessment
1) Complete Attachment 2 and contact KU GSIS for a review, or visit the KU GSIS Administration Office (International Studies Hall, Room 223).
2) Master’s students may use Attachment 3 to self-check their graduation credit requirements.
* When completing Attachments 2 and 3, please refer to the Graduation Assessment Criteria in Attachment 1.
3. How to Use the Self-Checklist (Master's only)
1) Select the sheet corresponding to your major and track and fill in only the yellow cells.
2) Enter course codes in the format IICxxx.
- Do not enter section numbers or spaces.
3) Korean Studies majors must also enter the grade for IRC051 or IKS420.
4) Enter each course in the same row as the corresponding course requirement.
4. Important Notes
1) If you have any difficulty completing or understanding the checklist, please contact the KU GSIS Administration Office for assistance.
2) This graduation assessment is provided only to help students review and understand their graduation requirements.
It is not an official graduation review, has no legal effect, and the results or related documents cannot be used for any official purpose.
3) Graduation assessments are available only to:
- Master’s and Ph.D. students entering their 4th semester;
- Students in dual degree programs; and
- Students in exchange programs.
4) KU GSIS Master’s students admitted before Fall 2018 should contact gsis@korea.ac.kr to request the applicable form.
