4. 학위청구등록금 : 가상계좌로 납부
1) 학위청구등록금은 (계열별)수업료의 12%이며, 그 중 수료연구등록금(수업료의 7%)을 정규기간에
등록한 경우 나머지 5%만 등록함
2) 정규등록 기간에 수료연구등록금을 등록 못했을 경우 학위청구등록금 12%를 납부
3) 2014학년도 이전 수료자 중 학위청구등록금 선납자는 0원 등록(해당자만)
- 0원 등록 대상자는 0원 등록금 고지서를 지참하여 KEB하나은행(고대점,하나스퀘어점)에 방문하여 0원 등록해야함(2014학년도 이전 수료자 중 학위청구등록금을 선납한 경우에 한함)
* 고지서에 마이너스(-) 수료연구등록금(수업료의 7%)으로 고지서가 출력되는 학생은 0원 등록 별도로 불필요함
* 납부 예정 학생들은 KUPID에 본인명의 은행명, 계좌번호 확인 및 수정
* 금번학기 기 납부한 수료연구등록금(수업료의7%)을 환불 처리 할 예정

※ The registration fee must be paid within the designated payment period. Payment will not be accepted after the deadline.
※ Students who fail to pay the thesis submission registration fee will not be eligible to undergo thesis evaluation in Spring 2026.
※ Once the thesis evaluation application has been submitted, cancellation of the application and refund of the thesis submission

※ This thesis submission registration period is unrelated to the extension of stay for international students.

4. Eligibility: Completed students who have applied for thesis evaluation

Students granted a special extension of the thesis submission deadline after permanent completion status
must complete tuition payment during the regular registration period.
Completed students who failed to register as Completed-Research Students during the regular registration period may still
pay only the Completed-Research registration fee.

6. The thesis submission registration fee is 12% of the tuition fee (depending on the academic division).
- Students who have already paid the Completed-Research registration fee (7% of tuition) during the regular registration period
are required to pay only the remaining 5%.
- Students who did not pay the Completed-Research registration fee during the regular registration period must pay
the full 12% thesis submission registration fee.
- Students who completed their program before the 2014 academic year and prepaid the thesis submission registration fee are
eligible for “0 KRW Registration” (applicable students only).
- Eligible students must visit KEB Hana Bank (Korea University Branch or Hana Square Branch) with the 0 KRW registration bill
to complete the registration procedure.
(Applicable only to students who completed their program before the 2014 academic year and prepaid the thesis submission registration fee.)
※ Students whose bills display a negative amount corresponding to the Completed-Research registration fee (7% of tuition) are
not required to complete a separate 0 KRW registration process.
※ Students planning to make payment should confirm and update their bank name and account number under their own name in KUPID.
The Completed-Research registration fee (7% of tuition) already paid this semester will be refunded accordingly.
