(CAMPUS Asia & BK21) Internship at IOM Zimbabwe

The CAMPUS Asia Plus Program at KU GSIS has recently launched the CAMPUS Asia Global Career Development Support Center (CAMPUS Asia 국제경력개발 지원센터) and is keen on exploring opportunities for students to cultivate practical skills and experiences. Likewise, BK21 Program of Glocal Studies places a great importance on training experts equipped with skills needed for glocal conflict management. In close collaboration, the two programs are pleased to announce an internship opportunity at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Zimbabwe as detailed below.
- Internship location: International Organization for Migration (IOM) Zimbabwe
- Internship responsibilities: Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (ToR)
- Duration: 6 months (September 2026 – February 2027) *If necessary for administrative reasons, the first or last 1–2 weeks of the internship may be conducted online.
- Financial support: A fixed amount of monthly stipend and airfare will be provided

- Screening schedule:
- (August 5 – 12) First screening: Submitted document screening
- (August 13-14) Second screening: Applicants selected for the second screening will be contacted for an internal interview on August 13–14. (August 17-TBC) Third screening: Following the internal interview, shortlisted students will be nominated to IOM for final selection
- (TBC) Final selection: A final candidate will be selected by IOM and be notified *The selected candidate will be expected to apply for a leave of absence by the designated deadline.
